I have already researched the legal issue. In the Supreme Court's decision in Korematsu v. U.S, TOYOSABURO KOREMATSU v. UNITED STATES, 323 U.S. 214 (1944) the Supreme Court upheld the forcible removal of U.S. citizens of Japanese American descent into internment camps during WW II. Japanese American internment - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Korematsu v. United States - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I am not saying put those who voted for W in 2000 and still have W stickers on their SUV's bumpers even today into internment camps for the nation's own good. My proposal is much more modest, constitutionally speaking, than the practice condoned by the Court for Americans of Japanese descent. And, they would feel at home in Mississippi and could even vote in the next election for Sarah.
