Sold 303 shares of the CEF EVERGREEN INTERNATIONAL BALANCED INCOME FUND at $15.05

I sold all of my shares in the CEF Evergreen International Balanced Income Fund (EBI) a few moments ago. I had 303 shares and the order was filled at $15.05 (see Disclaimer). The net asset value of this CEF as of Friday's close was $15.22. WSJ.com The shares were up in early trading this morning $1.81 or 13.67% based on news that the fund intends to liquidate. Evergreen Announces Plan to Liquidate Evergreen International Balanced Income Fund This immediately caused a narrowing of the discount to net asset value. I see no reason to continue holding the shares based on the insignificant discount to NAV at the current price after this mornings pop, the costs of liquidating the portfolio and the short term time horizon for liquidation (i.e. security prices may fall before liquidation wiping out the current small discount to NAV)
